Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and the developer who runs IdleRevs. By playing, as a guest or with an account, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
You must be at least 13 to play. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
Your account
- Give a real email address that you can access.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One account per person. Don't share, sell or trade accounts.
- Pick a username that isn't offensive, misleading or pretending to be someone else. We may change or remove usernames that break this rule.
Playing as a guest
A guest garage is tied to your browser. If you clear your browser data, switch devices or don't visit for 90 days, you may lose access to it, and we can't recover it. Create an account to keep your garage safe.
Playing fair
IdleRevs should be fair for everyone. Don't:
- use bots, scripts or tools that play or automate the game for you;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
- use extra accounts to farm rewards, events, leaderboards or clubs;
- attack, overload or try to break into the game or other players' accounts;
- copy or scrape the game's content or data in bulk.
Chat and club content
Be decent in chat, private messages, club names and bulletins. Don't harass, threaten or insult other players. Don't post hate speech, sexual content, spam, scams, personal information about others, or anything illegal.
You keep ownership of what you write, but you let us store and show it in the game so it works. Moderators may hide or remove content and limit chat access when these rules are broken.
Virtual items
Cars, parts, cash, reputation and other in-game items are part of the game, not property. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and may not be sold or traded outside the game. IdleRevs is free and has no purchases.
Changes to the game
IdleRevs is in active development. We may rebalance cars, tracks, rewards and events, and add, change or remove features. When we have to correct progress gained through a bug or an exploit, we may adjust or reset it. We'll explain significant changes in the patch notes.
Suspending or closing accounts
If you break these terms, we may warn you, remove items gained unfairly, limit chat, or suspend or close your account, depending on how serious it is. You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@idlerevs.com.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep IdleRevs running, but we provide it as it is. We can't promise it will always be available, free of bugs, or that progress will never be lost.
Liability
IdleRevs is free, so as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't let us limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Romania. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes we'll tell you in the game before they take effect. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply. Questions? Email contact@idlerevs.com.
