Car identity
Cars belong to a category and a performance class, but their four-stat shape determines where they shine.
Categories and classes
The four stats
Each stat describes a different part of the car’s performance:
- Launch
- How fast it starts
- Speed
- Top-end pace
- Handling
- Cornering capability
- Power
- Acceleration under load
Total performance
A general garage comparison made by adding all four stats.
- Total performance
- Launch + Speed + Handling + Power
Race scoring applies each track’s priorities instead.
Build and upgrade
Collect components to construct cars, then install upgrades to shape how they perform.
Construct a car
Collect all five car-specific build components:
Once you have collected the required components, construct the car in the Garage.
Install upgrades
Every owned car has six upgrade slots:
Dropped upgrades are bound to their named base car and cannot move to another model.
During a race
Installed upgrades cannot be changed while that car is racing. Stop its race before changing the loadout.
- While racing
- Loadout locked
- After stopping
- Changes available
